Macbeth: I have no spur to prick the sides of my of my intent, but only vaulting ambition, which o'erleaps itself and falls on th'other. line 26 p.21

Explaination:
The only thing motivating Macbeth is his ambition to become king . Ambition is what makes people rush ahead of themselves towards disaster.

Act 1, Scene 3

 Macbeth: ...Do you not hope your children will be kings... line 19 p.11

Explaiantion: Macbeth is trying to convince his friend that what the witches are saying is true.
